We are recruiting experienced Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team at Resource Ability, a CARF accredited nursing agency providing nursing respite to children with medical needs in their home communities throughout British Columbia.

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: $32.84-$59.52 per hour

About the Role

This role involves providing 1:1 overnight monitoring and responding to care needs in the home environment with your assigned client. You will be working 8hr night shifts, and we offer flexible scheduling, allowing you to choose when you want to work.

You will have the opportunity to receive specialty training (1-2 day course) to enhance your skills and knowledge. Our nurses provide complex care needs support, enabling our clients to live at home with their families and attend school.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Current 'practicing' registration with BCCNM
  • Valid CPR 'C' / BLS certification or better
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
