Job Title: Director of Manufacturing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Manufacturing to lead our manufacturing operations across all branches. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of our installation and fabrication resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing capacity, efficiency, and quality.
  • Manage the distribution, scheduling, and planning of installation and fabrication work within our facilities and third-party vendors.
  • Establish and maintain a Quality Management process that ensures compliance with local, national, and international standards and legislation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and manage metrics and audits to measure manufacturing performance.
Requirements:
  • Strong inventory and production management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Practical experience with risk management, product testing, and control plans.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma techniques, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical thinker.
  • Ability to create and review technical documentation.
  • Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity suite.
