Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative - Spectro to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating enduring relationships with prospective clients, implementing strategic sales plans to expand our customer base, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Building: Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and cultivate lasting relationships that effectively meet their requirements.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our customer base and enhance the company's global presence.
- Team Development: Identify skill gaps within the team and create strategies to address them, ensuring the team is equipped to meet sales objectives.
- Performance Management: Set objectives and track progress through regular check-ins with the sales team, ensuring company quotas are met.
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads, establish and nurture client relationships, and drive sales growth.
- Sales of Spectro Devices: Sell Spectro battery devices into the automotive and stationary battery markets.
- Industry Representation: Attend conferences, exhibit our technologies, and deliver presentations on our innovations.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Education: Bachelor's or associate degree in marketing, sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years' experience managing sales in a corporate setting, with a proven track record of success throughout the sales process.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Travel: Ability to travel to assigned territory as needed.
