About the Role:

Canguard Building Maintenance Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising other workers, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and Support Colleagues: Provide guidance and support to other workers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Appointments and Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, as well as maintain accurate records.
  • Client Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-organized workspace.
  • Client Relations: Greet clients, direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Independence and Attention to Detail: Ability to work independently with a strong attention to detail.
  • Multitasking and Adaptability: Ability to multitask, be flexible, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Team Player: A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

This is a permanent full-time position, working 35-37 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
