About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Assistant Program Director to join our Integrated Team at Open Sky Community Services Inc.

The successful candidate will provide clinical oversight, supervise clinicians, and ensure the timely enrollment of individuals referred to Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS). This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Oversight: Provide guidance and support to integrated team members, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based interventions.
  • Screening and Enrollment: Ensure timely and thorough screening and enrollment of individuals referred to ACCS.
  • Comprehensive Assessments: Develop and implement comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, and clinical interventions.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Participate in quality improvement processes and develop business plans in collaboration with the integrated team.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master's degree and licensed practitioner of the healing arts (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LADAC I) or license eligible.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in human service management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership skills, time management, effective verbal and written communication, and valid driver's license.
