Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our dynamic team at Domino's Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff in the preparation and service of food, ensuring that customers receive excellent quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Physical capabilities: Standing for extended periods, physically demanding environment
  • Personal suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication
