Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at SUBWAY. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: Food Safety Certificate and Safe Food Handling certificate.
