Restaurant Supervisor

Raja Foods Inc is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor - Culinary Expert to join our team. This is a permanent position with a salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities- Manage food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in culinary arts or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience as a supervisor or lead in a restaurant or similar establishment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, as well as local health codes and laws.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
