Job Title: Sports Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Coach to join our team at PROGRESS SPORT INC. as a key member of our coaching staff.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our competitive badminton programs, developing and implementing training plans, and motivating athletes to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage competitive badminton programs
  • Develop and implement training plans for athletes
  • Motivate and prepare athletes for competitive events
  • Coordinate with other coaching staff to ensure a cohesive team approach
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining filing systems and coordinating logistics
Requirements:
  • Level 1 Certificate in Coaching
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in coaching or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
