About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team at Onesto Truck Lines Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across the country in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the vehicle is in good working condition, performing regular inspections and making any necessary repairs.
  • Transportation: Safely transport goods and materials from one location to another, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Logistics: Manage cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption, maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Receive and relay information to central dispatch, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Documentation: Maintain a driver logbook, accurately recording all relevant information.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Possess an Air Brakes Endorsement and a valid Driver's License (Class 1 or A).
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
