Job Title: Long Haul Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team at Onesto Truck Lines Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across the country, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a safe and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transportation: Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Oversee the condition of the vehicle, inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment.
  • Logistics: Receive and relay information to central dispatch, record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
  • Emergency Response: Perform emergency roadside repairs and pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections.
Requirements:
  • Certifications: Air Brakes Endorsement and Driver's License (Class 1 or A).
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
