Job Summary:
Canada Post is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Post Office Assistant to provide exceptional counter services to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling postal products and services, sorting and distributing mail, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell postal products and services to businesses and individuals
- Sort and distribute mail to ensure timely delivery
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in business administration or customer service
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
