About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at COBS Bread Scott 72 Centre. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing dough for a variety of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough and batters according to recipes or special customer orders
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Bake mixed dough and batters
  • Prepare special orders
  • Draw up production schedules
  • Train staff
  • Ensure quality of products meets established standards
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas
  • Operate machinery
  • Organize and maintain inventory
Work Environment

As a Baker at COBS Bread Scott 72 Centre, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
