About the Company

Vaco, a leading organization in the food services industry, is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Planning Manager to join their team.

**Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled professional to lead business reviews and provide strategic insights to senior management on performance drivers, profitability impact, and future planning recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing presentations and gaining alignment from senior management on strategic initiatives, as it relates to growing transactions and footprint across the country.

The selected candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, primarily Marketing, to determine the overall direction of the full year promotional calendar, innovation pipeline, and other ad-hoc projects that drive top line results.

The Senior Financial Planning Manager will evaluate the competitive landscape in the QSR industry and apply it, primarily around consumer behavior, e-commerce, and promotional offers.

This role requires providing insight on the performance planning process with a short-term and long-term lens while exhibiting a growth mindset.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CPA or MBA (or actively pursuing)
