About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Vice President to join our team at IM Concrete Finishing Services Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our company's sustainability initiatives and ensuring we maintain our commitment to environmental responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sustainable business practices across all aspects of our operations
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and achieve sustainability goals and objectives
  • Represent the company in external sustainability initiatives and partnerships
  • Lead the development of policies and procedures to support our sustainability strategy
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on sustainability-related matters
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a sustainability or environmental role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sustainability initiatives
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations and industry best practices
