Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Vice President to join our team at IM Concrete Finishing Services Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our company's environmental sustainability initiatives and ensuring we maintain our commitment to corporate social responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategies to reduce our environmental footprint and promote sustainable practices throughout the organization.
  2. Collaborate with senior management to establish and achieve sustainability goals, ensuring alignment with our company's overall vision and mission.
  3. Represent the company in external forums and negotiations, promoting our commitment to environmental sustainability and social responsibility.
  4. Select and develop middle managers and directors, ensuring they have the necessary skills and expertise to drive our sustainability initiatives forward.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in sustainability and environmental management. You will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful sustainability initiatives, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
