Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Health Careers in Sask. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients using occupational therapy skills.

About the Role:

This part-time temporary position offers a unique opportunity to work with patients and develop your clinical expertise in occupational therapy. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans to address their occupational needs
- Implement evidence-based interventions to promote patients' independence and participation in daily activities
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Develop and maintain knowledge of current best practices in occupational therapy

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy degree or equivalent experience
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Registered Occupational Therapist (OT) certification
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $38.247 to $46.770 per hour, based on your level of experience and qualifications. As a valued member of our team, you will also receive benefits such as professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
