- Contract Administration: Prepare and administer sales contracts, ensuring all agreements are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Product Design Input: Provide valuable input into product design to ensure our products meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Post-Sale Support: Offer ongoing support to clients after sales or contract signing, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our products and services.
- Product Presentations: Develop and deliver presentations to clients highlighting the benefits and uses of our products and services.
- Marketing and Advertising: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and advertising strategies to promote our products and services.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor other Technical Sales Specialists, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to excel in their roles.
- Client Focus: Demonstrate a strong client-centric approach, prioritizing their needs and delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent Communication: Possess excellent oral communication skills, able to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Team Player: Demonstrate a collaborative mindset, working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Flexibility: Be adaptable and flexible, able to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Creativity: Bring a creative approach to problem-solving, identifying innovative solutions to meet client needs.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in a technical or industrial setting.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma, with a focus on business, marketing, or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed to meet business objectives.
