Salary
We offer a competitive salary, with full-time and part-time opportunities available. Salaried employees may be eligible for a signing bonus up to $2000.00, depending on their experience.

Job Description
As a Clinical Psychotherapist, you will provide goal-focused psychotherapy to address mental health and psychosocial problems that hinder clients' well-being. You will work primarily with military veterans, utilizing a cognitive-behavioral approach based on an overall client-centered philosophy. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing social work assessments and interventions in clients' social environments to enhance social functioning
- Delivering group psychoeducational services
- Participating in interdisciplinary team conferences to discuss treatment plans and progress
- Reporting quality results and communicating effectively with stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field
- Registration with a provincial College of Social Workers as an autonomous practitioner in good standing
- 2+ years of experience in case conceptualization and psychotherapy/social work intervention
- Experience providing services to military, first responders, and veterans is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, and integrity
