About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CIAM Integration Specialist to join our team at Banque Nationale. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for integrating applications with best practices CIAM (Client Identity and Access Management) to secure our clients' interactions with our organization.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize the selection and operation of applications;
  • Work with analysts and architects during the requirements gathering phase to define the expectations of consumers and their alignment with CIAM practices and integration constraints;
  • Design various user guides, maintenance guides, and troubleshooting guides;
  • Lead the company towards automation in terms of availability, performance, resilience, and robustness;
  • Advise clients to prepare their final software environment as best as possible;
  • Communicate with developers to ensure they can adapt quickly;
  • Master computer architectures and various operating systems of the solution;
  • Ensure customer relations and facilitate their tasks;
  • Write reports and summaries to promote the integration state of CIAM practices and the means implemented for integration;
  • Ensure the transfer, follow-up, and support in production of the integrations performed;
  • Ensure inter-system functionality (design, integration, monitoring) via various components, while ensuring their coherence;
  • Manage major and minor incidents with the incident manager's supervision;

You will be part of a team of 21 colleagues in the cybersecurity sector, reporting to a Director. Our team is characterized by its passion for computer science, its desire to challenge ideas, and its strong leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field in the sector of activity;
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience as a TI and/or cybersecurity project integrator;
  • Mastery of integration protocols, security, integration APIs, and required flows for effective integration;
  • Ability to define the impacts on external systems based on the solution's capabilities;
  • Experience in Agile/SAFe methodology;
  • Ability to document user story backlog;
  • Experience in developing complex software solutions, including back-end services (micro-service architecture) and client interfaces;
  • Understanding of authentication and authorization techniques (SSO, MFA, OIDC/OAuth2);
  • DevOps mindset;
  • AWS knowledge, specifically architecture;
