About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CIAM Integration Specialist to join our security team at Banque Nationale. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for integrating applications with CIAM best practices to secure our clients during their interactions with our organization.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Application Optimization
    • Optimize application selection and operation to ensure seamless integration with CIAM practices.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with analysts and architects to define consumer expectations and align them with CIAM practices and integration constraints.
    • Communicate requirements to developers for quick adaptation and ensure effective collaboration.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing
    • Create user guides, maintenance guides, and troubleshooting guides to support the team and clients.
  • Incident Management and Reporting
    • Drive automation for availability, performance, resilience, and robustness to minimize downtime.
    • Advise clients on software environment preparation and ensure smooth integration.
    • Write reports to promote CIAM integration status and support production integration and systems functionality.
    • Manage incidents with incident managers and ensure timely resolution.

About Your Team

You will be part of a cybersecurity team of 21 colleagues under a Senior Director, known for its passion, innovation, and leadership. Our team is dedicated to making a positive impact and strives for accessibility measures during the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in IT project integration or cybersecurity.
  • Knowledge of integration protocols, security, integration APIs, and required flows.
  • Experience in Agile/SAFe methodologies and ability to document user stories.
  • Understanding of authentication, authorization, and DevOps culture.
  • AWS architecture knowledge.
