Job Responsibilities- Assist in various construction and renovation tasks, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
- Perform general labor duties such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials, adhering to safety protocols.
- Support skilled tradesmen in carpentry, mudding, taping, roofing, and other tasks as needed, utilizing your skills to contribute to project success.
- Ensure job sites are clean and safe, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently, prioritizing quality and productivity.
- No prior experience necessary for general labor roles, but a strong work ethic and reliability are essential.
- Skilled laborers should have experience in carpentry, mudding, taping, roofing, or related trades, with a focus on safety and quality.
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability, with a willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
- Valid drivers license is an asset, but not required.
- Competitive hourly wage, with higher pay for more skilled positions, ranging from $16 to $22 per hour.
- Additional compensation available based on experience and skills, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
