Landscaping Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Tim Reid Property Management.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct Planting and Maintenance: Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to company standards.
- Staff Supervision: Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient and effective completion of landscaping tasks.
- Project Planning: Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including the construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls.
- Labour and Materials Estimation: Plan and estimate labour and materials required for landscaping projects.
- Contract Administration: Tender and administer contracts for landscaping services.
- Equipment Maintenance: Repair and maintain equipment used for landscaping tasks.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Nursery and Greenhouse Supervision: Supervise nursery and greenhouse workers to ensure high-quality plant production.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
