  • Job Summary
  • Little Big Recycling is seeking a skilled Route Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Route Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering various items and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.
  • Provide excellent customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Receive and relay information to central dispatch.
  • Sell products over established routes.
  • Assemble, install, and set up merchandise/products.
  • Load and unload goods.
  • Use maps and other trip planning aids to optimize routes.
  • Record trip information, including vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any problems.
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections and oversee all aspects of vehicle maintenance.
  • Requirements
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles).
  • Local and regional transportation/travel experience.
  • Driving record check (abstract).
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility and reliability.
  • Client focus and team player.
