Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary measures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Determine additional services required, such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment, and arrange for these services accordingly.
  • Receive payments for specialized cleaning jobs and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties, promoting teamwork and productivity.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish work schedules and allocate tasks to ensure seamless operations.
Team Management
  • Manage a team of 3-4 employees, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to help them grow professionally.
Work Experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a management or supervisory capacity.
