Job Title: Personal Support Worker - Nursing Care

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Spectrum Health Care. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring
  • Support residents with mobility issues, including walking, transferring, and positioning
  • Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, including laundry and housekeeping duties
  • Document resident care and progress in accordance with company policies
Requirements:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • Nursing Aide Certificate
  • Health Care Aide Certificate
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Immunization records
  • Vulnerable sector check
  • Tuberculosis test
