Job Summary
CB Canada is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Management Trainee to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance customer experiences.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service management or a related field.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual (English/French) with 100% proficiency in both verbal and written forms.
