About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Maid of All Work. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning team, ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional cleaning services.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our cleaning standards are met and that our clients are satisfied with the services provided.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning projects, ensuring that we are providing value to our clients.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to provide additional services to our clients, such as painting, repair work, or renovations.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to our cleaning team, ensuring that they have the resources and tools they need to perform their duties effectively.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and manage work schedules for our cleaning team, ensuring that we are meeting our clients' needs and delivering exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of success in supervising and developing a team.
  • Cleaning Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the cleaning industry, including best practices, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
