About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Maid of All Work. As a key member of our cleaning services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services and recommend additional services as needed.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and establish work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 people and work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Requirements
  • 1-7 months of experience in a cleaning or facilities management role.
  • Permanent position with 35-40 hours of work per week.
  • English language proficiency.
