Key Responsibilities

  • Provide premium level of service to VIP guests during events, including food and beverage service, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of orders.
  • Communicate effectively with service staff, kitchen staff, and bartenders to coordinate entire station and ensure guest satisfaction with the food and service.
  • Consistently provide exceptional and knowledgeable service that will impress and thrill special guests and provide an iconic experience at every touch point.
  • Maintain a premium level of cleanliness in the work area and the facility as a whole.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the team and ensure seamless execution of events.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 19 years of age.
  • Completion of Serving it Right Certificate.
  • Ability to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays with various start times.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Ability to stand during scheduled shift, withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods of time.
  • Serving and beverage experience in a premium establishment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
  • Strong communication skills, including listening skills and ability to communicate with guests and respond to inquiries.
  • A strong understanding of and commitment to uphold our company values of discipline, respect, excellent, attitude, and mindset (DREAM).
  • Non-Canadian residents must hold a valid work permit expiring no earlier than October 2025.
  • Onsite role at Rogers Arena in downtown Vancouver.
  • Experience with VIP guests is an asset.
