Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team/VIP Attendant to join our Hospitality team at Rogers Arena in downtown Vancouver. As a Team/VIP Attendant, you will provide exceptional service to our VIP guests, including players, executives, and family members of the Vancouver Canucks, as well as other high-profile guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide food and beverage service to VIP guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communicate effectively with service staff, kitchen staff, and bartenders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide exceptional and knowledgeable service to impress and thrill our VIP guests
  • Maintain a premium level of cleanliness and organization in the work area
  • Perform other duties as required to ensure exceptional guest experience

Requirements

  • Must be at least 19 years of age
  • Completion of Serving it Right Certificate
  • Ability to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays with various start times
  • Ability to safely lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending
  • Serving and beverage experience in a premium establishment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to respond to guest inquiries
  • Strong understanding of and commitment to uphold our company values of discipline, respect, excellent, attitude, and mindset (DREAM)
  • Non-Canadian residents must hold a valid work permit expiring no earlier than October 2025
