About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Exterior Installation Specialist to join our team at BSK Exterior Ltd. As an Exterior Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing exterior prefabricated products, ensuring professionalism in customer service, and reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install exterior prefabricated products, including siding, soffits, and fascia boards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure accurate installations.
  • Repair and service exterior prefabricated products, including siding, soffits, and fascia boards.
  • Determine layout and installation procedures, ensuring efficient and safe work practices.
  • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, including tools and equipment.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, ensuring safe and efficient transportation.
  • Utilize hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and sanders, to complete installations.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms, ensuring safe and secure access.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This role requires a physically demanding work environment, with frequent lifting, bending, and standing. You must be able to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 40 hours per week.
