About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Assistant to join our team at J. Coggar Construction Ltd. As a key member of our crew, you will assist our experienced carpenters in various construction projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of construction tasks, including tool handling and material management.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of physical activity and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals, demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • Participate in on-site safety protocols, adhering to regulations and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain a valid driver's license, with access to reliable transportation.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and in various locations.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and tools required.
