Job Title: Chef de Cuisine

Raku Rice & Noodle Bar est à la recherche d'un Chef de Cuisine expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique.

Responsabilités
  • Planifier des menus et estimer les besoins en nourriture pour leur réalisation
  • Préparer et cuire des repas complets ou des plats individuels et des aliments
  • Préparer des plats pour les clients avec des allergies ou des intolérances alimentaires
  • Inspecter les cuisines et les zones de service alimentaire
  • Former le personnel en préparation, en cuisine et en manipulation de nourriture
  • Conserver les inventaires et les dossiers de nourriture, de fournitures et d'équipement
  • Nettoyer la cuisine et les zones de travail
  • Gérer les opérations de cuisine

Aide aux nouveaux arrivants et aux réfugiés
  • Aider les nouveaux arrivants et/ou les réfugiés avec leurs besoins immédiats de s'établir (par exemple : logement, transport, stockage, garde d'enfants, vêtements d'hiver, etc.)

  • Offrir une formation à la diversité et à la culture croisée pour créer un environnement de travail accueillant pour les membres des minorités visibles
