Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Woodstock, CA. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in logistics and transportation management.

Responsibilities
  • Logistics Operations: Ensure the efficient flow of goods and materials through our facilities, including freight loading and unloading, dispatch, and documentation.
  • Supervision: Supervise logistics operations, including customer service, and provide guidance to associates to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Fleet Management: Properly plan work assignments to ensure effective use of fleet equipment and work with vendors to maintain equipment.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with associates, customers, and vendors to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve logistical issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruptions to our operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2-4 years related functional experience in logistics and transportation management.
  • Skillset: Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 25lbs/12kg and stand for extended periods.
