Job Title: Bookkeeper

Integrity Corp is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and general ledgers.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts, including bank statements and credit card statements.
  • Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including statistical and accounting reports.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma in accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting software.
