About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Integrity Corp. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our financial statements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports, including trial balance, income statement, and balance sheet.
  • Payroll Processing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in accounting software.
