We are seeking an exceptionally talented and highly motivated Strategic Marketing Director to lead and optimize the College's marketing programs. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital and traditional marketing channels, a strong understanding of higher education marketing, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.
  • Manage content creation and distribution, including overseeing graphic design, video, and copywriting resources.
  • Monitor and adjust campaigns to optimize engagement, reach, and ROI.
  • Promote brand awareness through innovative and effective campaigns.
  • Develop and optimize digital advertising campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, providing guidance and support for professional development.
  • Collaborate with the Admissions and Academic departments to align marketing strategies with enrollment goals.
  • Oversee all marketing activities in line with the marketing objectives of the College.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing and other related fields.
  • At least 3 years of related experience as Digital Marketing Manager in a private college setting.
  • Expertise in direct marketing, market segmentation, and marketing research.
  • Expertise in different strategies to increase lead generation.
  • Expertise in identifying target audiences and the ability to reach them.
  • Must be creative and innovative, personable and an excellent writer and communicator.
  • Must have excellent team work skills and strong attention to details.
  • The ability to handle and manage competing priorities while ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
