We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at EL-SAYED LIMITED O/A PIZZA HUT CHESTERMERE.
Job Summary:The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
- Work Schedules: Establish work schedules, ensuring that staff are adequately staffed to meet customer demand.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of pressure to meet customer demand.
- Physical Demands: The role requires physical demands, including standing for long periods, lifting, and bending.
- Work Term: Permanent position, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Work Language: English.
