We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at EL-SAYED LIMITED O/A PIZZA HUT CHESTERMERE.
Job Summary:The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and up-to-date information for management.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, providing management with accurate and timely information.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Work Under Pressure: Work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering results in a timely manner.
- Physically Demanding: Work in a physically demanding environment, requiring the ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
