Procurement Specialist

Aerosports Trampoline Park is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the purchasing process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and supplies. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring seamless communication with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement process, including requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, verifying receipts, and reconciling physical inventories with computer counts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and ensuring timely delivery of materials and supplies.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.
- Monitor inventory levels, identifying opportunities for cost savings and implementing strategies to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
