Job Summary

KLC Hospitality Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our team of food service professionals. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Develop and implement efficient systems and procedures to manage food preparation, service, and inventory.
    • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met.
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and train a team of food service staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to staff to improve performance and address any issues.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met.
    • Address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including inventory, sales, and customer feedback.
    • Manage budgets and financial reports for the food service department.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
