Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Manitoba Ltd. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy dining environment.
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and train a team of food service staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards of quality and service.
  • Manage Inventory: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food and supplies to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
