Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Global Transaction Banking (GTB) team as an Operations Intern/Co-op. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working on strategic projects and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of strategic projects and change management efforts within GTB.
  • Contribute to the ongoing profitability and business growth of products and services by analyzing business and user needs, documenting requirements, and translating them into proper systems requirement specifications.
  • Provide ongoing tracking and reporting of project metrics, ensuring timely completion of monthly status reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business needs, develop solutions, and implement changes.
  • Participate in skill-building modules and challenging work-integrated learnings to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in post-secondary education.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with Power BI.
  • Excellent attention to detail, proactive, and responsive to short deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a business team.
  • Strong time management skills, along with well-developed analytical and critical thinking skills.
