Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Program Coordinator to coordinate various program components, ensure timely completion of tasks, and evaluate program outcomes. The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, communicate effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate program activities, track progress, and report on results.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement programs and projects.
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including regular updates and progress reports.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and workshops to support program objectives.
- Analyze data and develop insights to inform program decisions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A degree in social sciences, healthcare administration, or a related field, plus 4 years' experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
