Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Coordinator to join our team at Randstad Canada. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing physical inventory counts, investigating inventory variances, and maintaining accurate records. If you have a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform warehouse duties using equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks;
• Investigate and identify the root cause of inventory discrepancies;
• Manage physical inventory counts and maintain accurate records;
• Process claims and warehouse transfers;
• Inspect and correct inventory diagnostics;
• Maintain the Over Short & Damage (OS&D) program;
• Handle client emails and interactions via phone and input orders into the system;
• Enter and release count plans within the Warehouse Management System;
• Provide picking support for stock outages, incorrect articles, and damage goods;
• Balance transactions and resolve discrepancies within the Warehouse Management System;
• Identify nonconformities and potential nonconformities;
• Maintain article setup and perform direct customer interaction to resolve issues;
• Comply with GMP requirements to ensure quality and regulatory requirements are met;
Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with experience in warehousing and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have;
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS);
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
• Knowledge of 3PL Central is an asset;
