Job Title: Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Coordinator to join our team at Randstad Canada. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the inventory process, ensuring accurate and timely inventory counts, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform warehouse duties using equipment such as forklifts, Raymond reaches, and reverse trucks.
  • Investigate and identify the root cause of inventory variances.
  • Manage physical inventory counts on short timelines.
  • Perform physical inventory procedures and cycle counts.
  • Maintain the Over Short & Damage (OS&D) program.
  • Process claims and warehouse transfers.
  • Inspect and correct Inventory Diagnostics.
  • Handle client emails and interactions via phone and input the orders into the system.
  • Enter and release count plans within the Warehouse Management System.
  • Picking support for stock outages, incorrect articles, and damage goods found during processing.
  • Transactions balance over and under location discrepancies within the Warehouse Management System.
  • Identify nonconformities and potential nonconformities.
  • Article maintenance and setup.
  • Direct customer interaction to resolve issues.
  • Comply with GMP requirements to ensure all quality and regulatory requirements are met.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in warehousing and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Comfortable with computer systems.
  • Team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • English or French spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of 3PL Central is an asset.
  • Positive attitude, self-starter, trustworthy, and respectful.

We offer a competitive salary range of $48,000-$50,000, a 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm, full medical and dental benefits, pension, RRSP matching, and 3 weeks of vacation.
