Key Responsibilities:- Manage Daily Operations: Direct and control daily operations, including evaluating and planning daily operations, managing staff, and assigning duties.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, conduct performance reviews, and resolve issues that may arise.
- Marketing Strategies: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales. Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credits policies, and develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, determine staffing requirements, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years or equivalent experience
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Point of sale system, accounting software, inventory control software, electronic mail, spreadsheet, and MS Outlook.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Adaptability, efficiency, hardworking, outgoing, time management, excellent oral communication, organized, and ability to multitask.
