Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Foam Lake Service Station. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the store, including managing staff, controlling inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, manage staff and assign duties.
- Merchandising: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales, determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credits policies.
- Inventory Management: Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale, develop and implement marketing strategies, plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
- Staff Management: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers, conduct performance reviews, supervise office and volunteer staff.
- Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Work Environment: Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
- Physical Demands: Work under pressure, handling heavy loads, attention to detail.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Efficiency: Ability to work efficiently and effectively.
- Hardworking: Willingness to work hard and meet deadlines.
- Outgoing: Ability to interact with customers and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
