Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Shoppers Drug Mart #203. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of 5-10 sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales and Merchandising: Assign sales workers to duties, order merchandise, and sell merchandise to customers.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stockroom operations.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to sales associates to improve performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.
This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
